Description

Amphiprion akindynos reaches 6-9 cm. Very bright orange-red body with 2-3 clear white bands on head, body and tail. Symbiosis with Entacmaea quadricolor and other anemones. Indo-Pacific reefs at 2-35 m, very common on hard coral reefs. Forms strict pair with partner defending host anemone. Iconic for divers.
