Description
Thalassoma grammaticum reaches 15 cm. Wrasse (Labridae) endemic to East Pacific. Orange-yellow body, geometric blue patterns and blue stripe below eye. Benthic herbivore-detritivore. Rocky and coral reefs 2-25 m. Permanent territory. Very active by day, hides at night. No threats = LC. Highly observable, beloved by divers for its patterns.
