Description
Gymnothorax undulatus reaches 1.5 m. Yellow-greenish to mustard body traversed by undulating dark-brown to black networks giving a leopard-like look. Long pointed teeth visible even with mouth closed. Solitary, inhabits the same coral crevices as G. javanicus but smaller, sometimes both in the same hole. Nocturnal. From 1 to 50 m. Present from the Red Sea to the central Pacific. Respect distance.
