Description

Felimida luteorosea reaches 5 cm. White mantle with complex patterns of golden-yellow and rose-purple lines and spots forming a characteristic colored checker, yellow edge. Rose-red gills and rhinophores with white edges. Feeds on pink Aplysilla sponges. Lives on Mediterranean rocky and coralligenous walls between 3 and 50 m. One of the most colorful and sought Mediterranean nudibranchs in macro photography.
