Description
Pseudocheilinus evanidus reaches 7-11 cm. Pink-red males with blue-white vertical stripes, much paler females. Indo-Pacific intermediate-deep habitat 15-50 m. Very shy and evasive, difficult to observe. Stays near corals. Rarely noticed. Prized by collectors.
