Description

Flabellina exoptata (now Coryphellina exoptata) reaches 4 cm. Small aeolid nudibranch (Flabellinidae) Indo-Pacific with pink-white to purple-pink body, elongated purple-pink cerata tipped vivid orange-yellow arranged in clusters, pink lamellate rhinophores. Lives from 5 to 25 m on coral reefs of central Indo-Pacific. Hydroid predator. Elegant and classic macro photo subject of nudi-spotting for its soft colors and graceful appearance.
