Description

Apolemichthys xanthopunctatus reaches 30 cm. Pomacanthid (angelfish) Indo-Pacific. Uniform dark blue-black, fine golden-yellow spots fine pattern spread. Corallivore & benthic omnivore. Deep reef cliff 10-80 m. Little threatened = LC. Very elegant gold-black pattern.
