Caulerpa cylindracea reaches 80 cm. Major invasive green alga Mediterranean (introduced East Atlantic). Very dense parallel cylindrical branches. Conquers rocky reefs & Posidonia (0-25 m). Very competitive, aggressive invasive = LC but invasive. Important Mediterranean ecosystem threat.
