Characteristic fused beak mouth. Lives from 3 to 73 m on coral and rocky reefs of Eastern Pacific (Sea of Cortez, Galapagos, Costa Rica). Tetrodotoxin in internal organs. Iconic photo subject of Galapagos and Socorro dives.
