Description

Ancylomenes pedersoni reaches 3 cm. Iconic Caribbean shrimp with a translucent body adorned with characteristic white and purple bands, long white antennae. Lives in groups on Bartholomea annulata, Condylactis gigantea and Lebrunia anemones, running very active cleaning stations. Waves its antennae to attract fish that come to be cleaned. One of the most beautiful Caribbean macro subjects, from 2 to 40 m.
