Description

Stathmonotus stahli atteint 8 cm. Petite blennie à corps très allongé presque anguilliforme, coloration beige-vert tacheté brun selon environnement, masquage par corallithes. Cirres supra-orbitaires courts. Vit de 1 à 15 m parmi les corallithes morts, éponges et substrats encroûtés des récifs coralliens caribéens. Très cryptique, difficile à observer. Famille des Labrisomidae. Sujet photo macro discret.
