Saron rectirostris reaches 6 cm. Marble shrimp (Hippolytidae) from Indo-Pacific. White-green-red in distinct transverse bands, very straight characteristic rostrum. Reef brush inhabitant 5-35 m. Nocturnal-brush. Micro-predator algae-zooplankton. Minimally threatened = LC. Beautiful macro subject.
