Halimeda incrassata reaches 30 cm. Tropical calcified green alga segmented (Chlorophyta), segments flat medals arranged on stems. Tropical reefs (0-25 m). Significant white sand production. Least threatened = LC. Carbonate sediment builder tropical Indo-Pacific reefs.
